In this initial phase, we connect with the client through an extensive brief getting to know the client and the current space. We go over ideas and design style the client would like to implement.

After the meeting, we will have an idea of where to start for the design. A mood-board of the brainstormed materials will be presented. Any adjustments to materials/color can be made before generating the design.

In the design presentation, 3D renders, elevations, materials shopping list, E&P placements, floor plan, purchase timeline will be provided.
